Welcome to the GPL - Global Poker League Taiwan 2024, a poker enthusiast's dream destination! Here, we offer a brand new reformed tournament format to enhance the excitement and challenge of the game. Our competitions feature (4) four-person team setups to showcase each team member's poker strengths, ensuring diversity and strategy in every match.
Our scoring system relies on the Global Poker Index (GPI) scores, providing a simple and fair method to determine the winners. Whether you're a fan of No-Limit Hold'em, a pro at Pot-Limit Omaha, or enjoy the challenge of both mixed games, our tournaments offer a variety of poker variants, including NLH No-Limit Texas Hold'em, PLO Pot-Limit Omaha, allowing you to showcase your skills and strategies.

🏆 Day3 （淘汰至決賽-冠亞季之爭）
當日比賽淘汰隊伍至剩餘3隊
每隊派出4名隊員參與以下項目，如隊員不齊無法參與其中賽事則視為0分
50%ITM（向下取整）並使用“GPI計算公式”給予分數
ITM計算按照當天隊伍基礎計算人數，如其中有隊伍缺少隊員無法參賽也視為其中人數計算，但該隊伍隊員僅獲得0分
比賽結束總結隊員總分數，淘汰剩餘3隊，分數清零
遊戲類型：
NLH無限德州
PLO奧瑪哈
混合賽 - NLH/PLO

🏆 Day3 -Final（冠亞季之爭）
淘汰制：冠軍/亞軍/季軍爭奪賽
每隊派出最少3名隊員參與以下項目，每位隊員至少輪流打一個級別，同一個隊員不允許連續打2個級別
每一個隊伍將擁有1次復活機會，當積分牌（籌碼）為零時，可以給出復活牌繼續參賽
比賽開始前給予2個Time Bank，每個Time Bank可“暫停該級別3分鐘”進行隊討論，倒計時剩餘30秒內需回到座位，倒計時為零（0）時前必須做出動作，否者視為“過牌”或“棄牌”
決賽3隊進行比賽不允許談Deal分獎金

NLH無限德州 - 30BB/30分鐘漲盲（HU-15分鐘）
English Introduction
Buy-In: NT$18,000 + 2,000 ($20,000 / team)
Team members: 4 players (1 captain + 3 players)
Guaranteed: NT$300,000 (Top 3 Teams)
Reward distribution
Gold: 50% | Silver: 30% | Bronze: 20%
Extra Reward by Sponsor: Champion team gets 4x NT$7,000 THM Championship seats
🏆Day1-Knock Out Round (50% teams elimination)
Tournament Format
50% of the teams eliminated on the same day
Each team will send 4 members to participate in 4 different game’s event (1player sit for 1 event)
50% ITM (rounded down) and score using "GPI calculation formula"
Once all events concluded, summarize the total score of the players in each team, top 50% teams advancing to Day2

🏆Day2 - Semi Final Bounty Day (50% teams elimination or max 9 teams remaining)
Tournament Format
Eliminate 50% of the teams or have up to 9 teams left
Each team will send 4 members to participate in 4 different game’s event (1player sit for 1 event)
50% ITM (rounded down) and score using "GPI calculation formula"
Once reach ITM, each player will be handed a Bounty card, 1 bounty card for 2 points
Once all events concluded, summarize the total score and bounty points of the players in each team, 50% or max remaining 9 teams will advance to Day3

PL Omaha-Bounty
Mixed game - NLH / PLO - Bounty
3 Cards Poker - Bounty
🏆Day3 - Grand Final (Elimination to Final 3 teams)
Tournament Format
Grand Final elimination to remaining 3 teams
Each team will send 4 members to participate in the following events. If one or more of the players from team are unable to participate in the event, they will be regarded as 0 points
50% ITM (rounded down) and score using "GPI calculation formula"
ITM number of players based on the starting team’s number on the day.
Once all events concluded, summarize the total score of players in each team, eliminate to the remaining final 3 teams

🏆Day3 - Final Three (3) (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
Tournament Format
Knock Out: Final Three (3) match for Gold, Silver and Bronze
Each team will send a minimum of 3 players to participate in the following events, each member takes turns to play at least one level of game, same member is not allowed to play two consecutive levels
Each team will have one chance to Re-play the match if get eliminated, once the tournament chips reached Zero and knock out, Re-play card can be given to continue the match with new starting chips
(2) Two “Time Out” cards will be given before the start of the game, each card allowed to "Pause the game level for 3 minutes" for team discussion, player must return to their seat when 30 seconds of the countdown remaining, action must be act before clock reached to “Zero”, else action will be consider as “Check” or “Fold”
Prize deal are not allowed in the Final Three match
